  Typical BW's but very slow service. This is the third time I've been there and it's been consistently slow. The wings are everything you expect them to be and the beer is cold, but make sure you have some extra time.

  Party of 2. Crap service OK food. Didn't go when it was very busy.
  We got sat down very quick which was awesome, except for the fact that it took 20min for a server to come to our table to us and that was only when a manager came by to ask if we had been helped. Our server took our order quickly and told us it would be about 15-20mins. About 45min later our server walked by looked at our empty table and said "Oh you didn't get your food yet?". Sorry pal you're the only server we have? Then from that point it took about 20more minutes for our food to come out and when it arrived it was obvious that our boneless wings had been sitting around for a while. The capitan was no help and gave us a vibe as though he didn't care about what we were saying. We've been to other chains in San Jose and salinas and we were happy to have one open closer to us, too bad the employees suck.

  Went to the soft-opening and it was really good! Gary has a great team working for him, both knowledgeable and helpful. Tons of TV's for watching the game as well. Certainly worth a visit if you live in town or if you are just passing through.
