  I had a bad experience a year ago but I decided to try again cause they're isn't many fried chicken place to eat around Gilroy. I got there at 7:30 pm I ordered family meal but they ran out of crispy chickens which is typical they seam like they always run out of food any way I ordered all original and they were all so soggy and wet couldn't eat the chicken very bad we need popeyes chicken in Gilroy. Never going there again.

  Believe me, I do not normally take the time to post such non-sense but this one deserves it.
  
  My 70 year old mother and I simply wanted to buy lunch through the drive thru, the person who took our order was extremely rude. After asking what we wanted I replied "a #5, a#8 & a #9" to which he replied "hey! slow it down!" and from there was rude in tone and words about each point of the order from the drinks on. It was so rude in fact that after letting many snarky comments and tone go I had to stop half way through the order and ask "are you ok?", "what is wrong with you?" again I received a sarcastic response about there being nothing wrong with him, that there was something wrong with me, and he then added "good night!" ( despite it being noon ). I took that to mean that we would not be welcome there and in true Soup-Nazi Fashion it seems it was NO KFC FOR YOU!
  
  Ok, so be it, such is life, we all have bad days but seriously - it was a bizarre interaction when trying to order lunch through a drive thru - but it doesn't end there. I asked for the manager, to which he replied " I am the manager!" I asked "ok, can I talk to the owner?" and was told "he isn't here!" and at that point I just had to ask "why are you being such an a**hole?" - rude term on my part yes, but appropriate never the less.
  
  Here's the thing about the situation though, it's a drive thru - so guess what? eventually we were at Mr. Employee of the Months window, so I decided it would be best to snap a picture of him to which he said he would sue me, which was comical enough to make me laugh and then he, seemingly overwhelmed by his plight, turned to the apparent real manager on duty. She was a nice older lady, she apologized for his behavior saying "there is something wrong with him". We agreed on that point and parted ways friendly enough.
  
  Look, I get it, we all have our good days and bad days, but the bottom line is that this guy should not be employed in any position that requires interacting with customers. I am not saying he needs to be amazingly cheerful, just not over the top rude. I can't frequent this branch of KFC again because he will clearly spit in the food that I order for my family. But over time, I plan to check to see if he is gone and I will plan to be back. And in all honesty, if I am telling you this - how many others has he alienated who aren't telling you anything and won't be back?
  
  None of us can do anything about it unless we are made aware. A picture of this employee is attached, including angry snarl.
  
  All I wanted to do was order lunch for god's sake.
