  We just experienced one of the worst visits to your Gilroy restaurant. We were passed over 3 times to be seated and when I asked the hostess about it she said we were not listed. Another host, an older man, had written us on the reverse of her list and not told her. She could see we were upset, but no "I'm sorry", just "Not my mistake."
  The waitress kept us waiting about 10 minutes before she took our order. I requested decaf coffee and when she brought a refill, she gave me regular. I began to drink it and noticed the difference and asked her to bring a new cup with decaf. Again, no "I'm sorry". I'll probably not sleep tonight.
  My husband ordered a pack of 4 muffins and she told him that was a take out item. He insisted and she brought each one on a separate plate. The waitress was very unorganized, bringing one item at a time to a table. We watched her make 6 trips to a table across from us, just to bring refills, a take home box, a muffin, water, the bill, etc., one each trip, while 5-10 orders were waiting to be delivered to tables.
  I'll never return on a Sunday, and I may not return at all. Your staff has no concept of customer service.
