  We haven't been to Stubbys in a couple years as it has not been our 1st choice for quality food and service in Gilroy. We came today to watch football and they surpassed our prior expectations! Joe's scramble and banana walnut pancakes were awesome and our waitress was attentive and thorough. We will definitely be back ;)

  We were complete blown away with the quality of food and service offered at Stubby's Sports Bar and Grill.
  We went to Stubby's after work for a bite of dinner and to watch the Sharks win game seven of the quarter finals. Knowing this to be a neighborhood bar, we were not expecting much other than average bar food and marginal service (since we're not regulars). The food selections offered was impressive. Every item that was ordered was well prepared and very good. The employees made us feel welcome and we received the best table service ever. The service team offered the perfect balance of making certain our needs were met while at the same time not being burdensome. The only disappointment was no good single malt scotch.
  We will return to watch the semi finals.
